Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or reprints are offered only if:

– The item arrived damaged or defective.

– The wrong item was shipped.

– The print quality is significantly below standard.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.

Order Cancellations

-Before production: You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at support@chainzwear.com

-After production starts, we cannot cancel or refund once your item has gone into production with Gelato. Production typically starts within 1-2 hours.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons like size, color, or design preference.

We DO accept returns/replacements if:

  1. Item arrives damaged/defective – Photos required within 7 days of delivery
  2. Wrong item sent– You received a different design/size than ordered
  3. Print error – Significant misprints, fading, or quality issues
  4. Lost in transit – If tracking shows no delivery after 30 days

How to Reprot an Issue

Email support@chainzwear.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos of the issue/damage
  3. Description of the problem

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution: replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

– Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error

– Replacements: We’ll reprint and reship at no cost if we’re at fault

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sizing Issues

Please check our size charts carefully before ordering. Because items are custom-printed, we cannot refund for wrong size selection. Unsure? Email us before you buy.

Production & Shipping

Items are printed and shipped by Gelato from the facility closest to you. Delivery times: 3-7 business days US/EU, 7-14 days worldwide. Delays from customs, weather, or peak seasons don’t qualify for refunds.
