By accessing and placing an order on Chainz Wear, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Products and Fulfillment

All products sold on this store are print-on-demand items fulfilled by a third-party print provider, Gelato. We do not hold inventory. Products are created only after an order is placed. Colors, sizing, and final appearance may vary slightly due to differences in printing and display settings.

Intellectual Property

All designs sold are either original creations, licensed, or sourced from copyright-free/public domain sources. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute product designs from this store without written permission. We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a design infringes your copyright, contact us at support@chainzwear.com with proof, and we will investigate and remove it if valid.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in dollar and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or fulfillment issues.

Shipping and Delivery

Since products are made-to-order, processing time is 2–7 business days. Shipping time depends on the customer’s location and Gelato’s fulfillment center, typically 5–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is the purchase price of the product.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to upload infringing content. Orders placed with fraudulent information will be canceled.

Governing Law

The laws of Lagos, Nigeria, govern these terms. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
